How do I place an order?
Open the shop page, select a product, add it to cart and complete checkout with your contact and delivery details. You can choose Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer or online payment when available.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page and enter your order number. If you logged in before placing the order, you can also view your order history in the Account page.
Can I upload a bank slip?
Yes. When Bank Transfer is selected at checkout, you can upload a receipt image and add a bank reference. The admin team can view and verify it from the Orders page.
How do I get support?
Use the Contact page, WhatsApp, phone or email with your order number and issue details. We will guide you with the next step.
