Delivery coverage
We deliver to locations within Sri Lanka based on courier availability and order type. Some remote locations may require additional delivery time or delivery confirmation before dispatch.
Customers can also contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability, charges and estimated delivery time for their area.
Delivery charges and timing
Delivery fees are calculated during checkout based on the selected delivery option and store settings. Standard delivery and express delivery fees may differ.
Estimated delivery time depends on product availability, payment confirmation, courier schedules and delivery location. Public holidays, weather conditions or courier delays may extend the delivery timeline.
Order tracking
After placing an order, customers can use the Order Tracking page with the order number to check the current status. Admin status updates may include placed, confirmed, packed, out for delivery, delivered or cancelled.
If tracking information appears incomplete, customers can contact support with the order number and registered phone number.
Delivery acceptance
Please check the package condition when receiving your order. If the package is visibly damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and order information.
