Return eligibility
Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery. Returns or exchanges may be accepted for eligible items with a manufacturing fault, wrong item delivery or damaged item reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
Products must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty card and invoice where applicable. Used, physically damaged, liquid damaged, altered or incomplete items may not be accepted.
Refund process
Approved refunds may be processed to the original payment method, bank account or store credit depending on the payment method and case details. Processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways and internal verification.
Delivery charges, service charges or payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from our side.
Warranty support
Products with supplier or manufacturer warranty will follow the warranty terms provided for that item. Warranty claims may require inspection, invoice proof and supplier approval.
Software issues, user-caused damage, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs and misuse are generally not covered under warranty unless the official warranty terms state otherwise.
